After cutting pieces are ready for hand assembly. The next process is to place them into templates. This can be a painstakingly delicate and patient process. Sometimes there are pieces so tiny, they can be only picked up with small tweezers. Once assembled, the job is passed through a rigid quality system which may demand further programming, cutting and assembly until we are satisfied we have the best quality product.
